I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Siem Reap. the location was ideal as it was situated near restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring. Moreover, the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, pleasant, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice poolside view. Additionally, the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, providing a great experience. Another bonus was the complimentary mineral water and delicious breakfast offered by the hotel.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any flaws.

The pool was really nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing swim. the hotel also provided towels for the pool, which was a nice touch. the location was good, close to some restaurants and shops, and in a quiet area, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the breakfast, which had a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The state of the rooms left much to be desired. the paint was peeling off the walls, the furniture was old, and the bedding didn't seem very fresh.

Breakfast three days just an omelet. Location is ok, but better to use a tuk-tuk especially at the night time and they cahrged 11 $ not 10 like on the web site

Pool, location, friendly staff, free pick-up from airport.
Price/performance is not quite right, for a bit more money there are great accommodations in the Siem Reap. But they only visited the Angkor Wat and therefore not so often in the hotel.

The hotel was great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was fantastic, situated in a calm area with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and a view of the back alley. I also appreciated the free mineral water and the relaxing ambience. The breakfast offered was satisfactory.
Everything was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Our tuktuk driver, Ouy so ros, employed by the hotel for free pick up from the airport, was excellent! He took us to all the wats and showed us other sights of Siem Riep as well, over our 3 day visit. He has good English and understanding We were a very happy Kiwi couple after our whole stay All the staff were friendly and helpful.!

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and a good location. Maybe for some people to far away from the Pub Street, but when you have a pair of good legs, it's perfect! Say about a 10 min walk. And the rooms are perfect, perfect beds, everything was really clean and we loved the breakfast!
When you're a light sleeper it can be very noisy in the hotel. Like me, I woke up because people walked up the stairs (echo) and when they talked.. But that's just a minor detail.

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay near the famous temples of Angkor. the location allowed us to explore the temples at our leisure and visit both the Silk farm & the National museum with ease. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast while enjoying a lovely view of the pool. the pool area was perfect for cooling off after a hot day exploring, and we always found loungers available.
The staff could have been more helpful with providing information and tips about the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, free wi-fi also in the room, free transfer by tuk-tuk from/to airport. Very good value for money. They offer tuk-tuk driver for excursions at a good price. 10 minutes walking from the Night Market. We recommend it. We would go again.
No lift. Good but small breakfast.

Great value for money. Excellent location for Angkor Wat. Hotel can organise transportation to Angkor for a very good price. Wifi througout hotel. Rooms are spacious. Hotel also organised onward travel for remarkably low price.
Not a lot of choice for restaurants in the area. Hotel can be noisy even in off season.

Friendly staff. Free Wifi.
Position from the city center. The street to reach the main street is in bad conditions and during the night no illumination. Use tuk tuk in the evening.
